Two chefs
We are two chefs who have chosen to create a place together that reflects our image. We are delighted to welcome you today to Emilie & Thomas at the Moulin de Cambelong and to introduce you to our universe, born from the combination of our sensitivities.

UNIQUE AND COMBINED
We wanted to create a place that allows each of us to express the cuisine we aspire to. And to make a gourmet cuisine together, between simplicity and sophistication, as the result of the dialogue between two complementary chefs.
We offer inspiring cuisine, delicate and memorable moments, high-end services so that our clients can simply savor the moment, focus on their pleasure, share and be enthusiastic.
The E&T adventure
It began in 2015 when we opened our own gourmet restaurant on the Place du Bourg in Rodez. We took over the "Le Parfum des Délices" restaurant to gradually transform it to our taste, and making it the "E&T" restaurant three years later. In the spring of 2023, after having dreamt about it for a long time, we decided to move our restaurant near Conques, to the magnificent setting of the Moulin de Cambelong. It was a fantastic challenge for us and an opportunity to offer our visitors an exceptional experience that goes beyond gastronomy.

DISCOVER ALSO LE FLACONNEUR
With great enthusiasm, we co-created the « Flaconneur » in Rignac, in 2000. It is a wine bar where we offer an authentic cuisine accompanied by organic and natural wines offered by our friends and associates Maguy and Gilles. We are delighted to have given new life to this establishment in the heart of the village.
A warn, friendly, and sharing place in the heart of the village of Rignac.
After some work, we gave a new identity to this place « Le Flaconneur ».
