OUR OPTIONS
We invite you on a culinary journey — more than a traditional menu. Here, you won’t find the usual starter–main course–dessert format, but rather a series of thoughtfully composed creations, designed to be experienced as a whole. Let yourself be guided from one plate to the next.

Le moulin de cambelong
Located in a former mill, the gourmet restaurant and its nine hotel rooms combine contemporary comfort with authentic charm. At the foot of the mill, the river flows peacefully — a view to be enjoyed in every season from our balconies and terraces. The timeless beauty of stone and shale blends harmoniously with the surrounding natural landscape.
