The Emilie & Thomas restaurant settles at the Moulin de Cambelong
Kitchen partners as well as in life, Emilie and Thomas are now the proud owners of the Moulin de Cambelong. Formerly occupied by starred Chef Hervé Busset, this 13th-century mill nestled in a green environment offers a haven of peace where relaxation, gastronomy, and heritage mix.
A new adventure for these nature lovers who have decided to move their restaurant in the heart of the Aveyron countryside, around the village of Conques-en-Rouergue. A flight towards a building rich in history, surrounded by forests and rivers. Enough to offer visitors an absolute change of scenery absolu aux visiteurs.

It is also a new challenge in which Emilie and Thomas are embarking. Surrounded by a team of enthusiasts and small local producers with whom they collaborate, the two chefs offer instinctive and spontaneous gastronomic cuisine , with respect and passion for the product.
To extend this unique experience as much as possible, Le Moulin de Cambelong has 8 hotel rooms and a family suite. Enough to enjoy a weekend of relaxation with a bucolic walk along the Dourdou river.
