1 | Walks
Just 2 minutes by car and 9 minutes on foot, you will find the "Pont sur le Dourdou" (Bridge over the Dourdou). This medieval bridge is located on the "via Podiensis", one of the four routes of Compostela. This site, listed as a historic monument since 1930, is worth a visit. It is built of pink sandstone and consists of 5 arches of 4 different sizes. A magnificent place !
From this bridge, you can start the hike that leads to the Sainte-Foy chapel in Conques. Along the way, you will discover the pilgrims' bridge, the Sainte-Foy chapel, and an incredible view of the village of Conques. This 7.5 km walk will take you about 2.5 hours.
Just 2 minutes by car or 25 minutes on foot from the Moulin, you can go to the Gorges du Dourdou of Conques. This hiking trail is located between Conques and Grand Vabre. Trust us, this classified and protected place is endowed with magnificent fauna and flora. A fun little extra for the little ones, this hiking trail sometimes leads you to put your feet in the water ! Ideal for cooling off in summer.
2 | Electric bike rides
If you want to take a bike ride along the Dourdou, we have an electric bike rental possibility, just 6 minutes by car from the Moulin. O'Bike offers you to rent mountain bikes, city bikes, road bikes, or gravel bikes.
Saint-Cyprien-sur-Dourdou has many walking paths that lead you to the most beautiful viewpoints of the Aveyron. So, take a moment to recharge your batteries with your family in the heart of nature.
3 | Family fishing trips
9 minutes by car from the Moulin, spend a pleasant time with your family during a fishing trip. Pélies is the first equipped fishing site to have obtained the "family route" label. Accompanied by your children, you can try to make beautiful catches (roach, bleak, minnow, bream, barbel, pike, zander, perch) while having fun !
4 | A Kayak outing
We strongly recommend the Kayak activity. We agree, you won't be able to walk there from our charming Moulin. But 20 minutes by car, you can rent a kayak, paddle or even go canyoning. Are you tempted ?
5 | Stroll around the market
If you enjoy strolling through small local producer markets, you will be delighted to learn that it is possible near the hotel. Every Saturday morning from November to March, there is a market of local producers in Saint-Cyprien from 4:30 pm to 7 pm. From April to October, it takes place on Fridays at the same time and location.
